Where do you deliver?

I deliver to Grand Rapids, Hibbing, Virginia, Duluth, and surrounding areas. A travel free is required for all deliveries and depends on the delivery location and order.

What products do you sell?

Currently I focus on cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and cookies. Please see my Facebook page here for pictures of recent orders. I am always looking to expand my offerings. If you are very interested in ordering from me, please fill out a contact form.

How much notice should I provide when requesting an order?

I ask for at least a 7 day notice when requesting a custom order. Smaller and simpler orders may be fulfilled under that time, however for larger orders I ask that you give as much notice as possible. For pre-sale orders, the pickup date will be noted with the product.

You are a home based bakery. How does that work?

The Minnesota Cottage Food Law allows for individuals to make and sell certain non-potentially hazardous food and canned goods in Minnesota without a license. This allows me to make home baked goods and sell them locally.

What safety precautions do you follow?

I make sure that all equipment and surfaces I use are fully sanitized before and after use. I frequently wash my hands and use gloves that are changed frequently whenever I am touching food or equipment. Food is not prepared when myself or anyone in my household is sick. All food used specifically for my business is kept separate from the food I use for personal cooking.

Can you guarantee foods are free from allergy causing ingredients?

Most of my baked goods include eggs, milk, and wheat. My baked goods are made in a kitchen that also handles many allergen causing ingredients, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and fish. I cannot guarantee that foods are free from allergen causing ingredients, and for specific ingredients please refer to the product posting or reach out via the contact form.

Is your kitchen inspected by the state of Minnesota?

No, here is the official disclaimer that is labeled on all baked goods I sell – “These foods are homemade and not subject to state inspection.” Please refer to my previous question to read about the safety precautions I follow.

Is your home bakery fully insured?

Yes! All baked goods are sold under a fully insured LLC.
