By purchasing a baked good from this website, you, “customer”, agree to the following terms set forth by Home Baked on the Range LLC, “seller”:

Payment: Payment is due in full by the customer when the order is placed.

Refunds: A full refund will be given to the customer if the order is canceled at least 28 days before order pickup or delivery. A refund of 75% of the full payment will be given to the customer if the order is canceled at least 14 days before order pickup or delivery, but less than 28 days before order pickup or delivery.  No refunds will be given if the order is canceled within 14 days of pickup or delivery date. Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon pickup or delivery and no refunds will be given once the seller has handed products off to the customer. In the rare event the seller cannot fulfill the order due to sickness or an emergency, a full refund will be given to the customer.

Allergies: The customer understands that all items made by the seller are made in a household kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to eggs, wheat, tree nuts, milk, peanuts, soy, fish, crustacean shellfish, and sesame. There is no guarantee that food is safe from cross contamination from these common allergens and customer will not hold seller liable for any allergic reactions that occur.

Cottage Food Laws: Customer understands that “these products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.”

Delivery and Pickup: Orders will either be delivered to the customer’s house by the seller, picked up by the customer at the sellers house, or picked up at a public location. This is determined by the option chosen when adding an item to the cart. The seller will be on time for pickup, and if the customer is more than 15 minutes late the seller has the right to leave the purchased items at the door of the house or require the customer to meet the seller at another time, at the location of the seller’s choice. Customer agrees to pay the delivery fee determined upon order purchase.

Photographs: Seller reserves the right to take photographs of any products purchased and use them for marketing or promotional purposes without compensating the customer.
